Account and data deletion
This page is the direct web resource for requesting deletion of an AlphanessOne account and associated app data. You can use this page even if the app has been uninstalled.
Request account deletion
Send an email to giulio97.leone@gmail.com from the email address used for your AlphanessOne account.
Use the subject line AlphanessOne account deletion request and include the account email address that should be permanently deleted.
If you cannot send the request from the account email address, include enough information to verify account ownership.
Data deleted
After verification, the deletion request covers account data and associated app data, including:
- user profile and authentication-related account records;
- training programs, workouts, exercises, notes, timers, and exercise records;
- nutrition plans, meals, food tracking, measurements, and related preferences;
- coach or client associations stored for the account.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or audit obligations. Retained records are kept only for the required period and are not used to provide the app service after account deletion.
Timing
Requests are reviewed and answered within 30 days. If more information is required to verify the account, the support address above will contact you.
Delete data without deleting the account
To request deletion of specific app data without deleting the AlphanessOne account, send an email to giulio97.leone@gmail.com with the subject line AlphanessOne data deletion request. Include the account email address and describe the app data you want deleted.
