This Privacy Policy applies to the AlphanessOne mobile app, published on Google Play as "AlphanessOne" by the developer account Alphaness.

Data we collect
Depending on how you use AlphanessOne, the app may collect and process:
- account identifiers, including user ID, name, email address, authentication provider, and profile photo URL;
- authentication and security data needed to sign in, protect the account, and prevent abuse;
- training and fitness data, including programs, workouts, exercises, series, notes, timers, and exercise records;
- nutrition data, including diet plans, meals, favorite foods, food tracking, and related preferences;
- body measurement data entered by the user, such as weight, height, BMI, and body measurements;
- coach/client association data when coaching features are used;
- purchase and subscription status handled through Google Play Billing;
- app usage, diagnostics, device, crash, and performance data needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app;
- consent and compliance records, such as timestamps, policy version accepted, and request history.
How we use data
AlphanessOne uses collected data to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- provide training, workout, nutrition, tracking, measurement, and coaching features;
- sync user data across devices;
- process subscriptions and purchases through Google Play;
- send operational communications and service notices;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose bugs, and improve app reliability;
- comply with legal, policy, and audit obligations.
Third-party services
AlphanessOne relies on service providers to operate the app. These providers may process data on our behalf according to their own security and privacy commitments.
- Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, diagnostics, and cloud processing;
- Google Sign-In for account authentication;
- Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions;
- analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting services when enabled for app operation and improvement.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers that support the app, with authorities when legally required, or with a coach/client relationship when a user intentionally uses those features.
Security
Data is protected using technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, authenticated access, access controls, provider security controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
Retention
Account and app data is generally retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Logs, security records, billing records, compliance records, and audit data may be retained for the period required for security, legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes.
Account and data deletion
Users can request deletion of their AlphanessOne account and associated app data at any time from the dedicated page: AlphanessOne account and data deletion.
Users can also request deletion of specific app data without deleting the full account by using the same deletion page and contact address.
User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Send requests to giulio97.leone@gmail.com.
Children
AlphanessOne is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that personal data from a child was collected without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be made available on this page.
